We did an online order an hour before closing and selected delivery option. About 45 minutes later they call us to let us know they just saw the order and it’s too late now to deliver the pizza. We let them know we could pick it up and they stayed well we haven’t even prepped it since we just saw your order 45 minutes after you placed it. No apology or anything basically a too bad we’re not getting you a pizza. This place has trash management and I should’ve looked at their reviews prior to ordering!

Been ordering from this location for over 5 years. They constantly have issues and this was final straw. Their online is always wonky and you need 30$ min to order online and my order was 38$ instead of 41.85 used the online coupon. Still wouldn’t process my order so I called in. The guy wouldn’t apply the discount even though I have order for over 5 years and I kindly asked. Not a lot of money saved but still MONEY SAVED. 5 long years of returning customer, we let stuff slide even when we were mailed coupons and they wouldn’t even honor the coupons THEY SENT US! Little advice when you have long term customers, act like you guys give a $hit and maybe you wouldn’t be so run down and slow with business. Sad, lost a customer for being CHEAP AF!

Will Never Ever Go To This One Certain Place Again. They Handled Our Situation So Unprofessional… We Had Placed Our Order, Filled Up Our Cups With Soda, Sat Down And Then I Took My First Sip (Pepsi) I Thought It Was Just Me That My Taste Bud’s Were A Bit Off, But Then My Wife Took Her First Sip (Dr Pepper) And It Was Worst Than Mine. It Had A Strong Mold Taste. I Went Back To The Register To Inform Them, The Manager Came Out, And I Explained The Situation To Him And He Insisted That They Were Ok, Like If It Was Just Me Making Up These Things. I Told Him “Give Me A Cup To Fill And See You Drink It” And All He Did Was Turn Around Went Into The Fridge And Grab A 2 Liter, Put It On The Counter Without Saying Not One Thing, Turned Around And Left. Like 5 minutes Later, I seen Him With A Cup And Tasting The Soda. Now I Wasn’t Nor Did I Want My Money Back, It Was Just Made For Him To Realize “Hey, I Should Go And Have Them Cleaned”. He Was Really Rude And Unprofessional. And As We Were Pulling Up, We Noticed That There Wasn’t Any Cars In The Lot, Walked In And No Customer’s Either, Now We Know Why.. My Best Advice For You And Your Health To All, Is DO NOT Eat At This “Mountain Mike’s Pizza” On “Naglee Ave”
