Unfortunately, this the second time I’ve been to this location for nearly the same order and both times it was very underwhelming. The bacon, in particular, was barely heated. It was a soggy, greasy, unenjoyable piece of meat. Honestly, it was if they took it out of the packaging and microwaved it for a few seconds. I’ve had the snackin bacon at other locations and this location just doesn’t seem to care about the product they hand out. It’s unfortunate.

The drive thru was packed so I went inside to order and stood at the counter for what seemed like 5 minutes while the cashier sat in the back chatting with a friend. Maybe they’re so use to mobile and drive thru orders they were surprised. ‍♀️ I had to repeat each portion of my order over and over again (only a coffee, bagel and donut). The experience was just annoying and I’ll never go back.

This is the second time my mobile order was either forgotten or they just wasn’t filling them. I ordered at 0715 and received my order at 0740. I waited patiently at the pick up counter and I asked for my order. The gentleman didn’t know what I was talking about, then his colleague said they were just making my order. The avocado toast wasn’t toasted enough, I think it was because they were trying to get my order out already since I’ve waited for a while. Only thing that was good was the mini bagels. (I would take a pic of the toast but I was so mad I threw it in the trash)

Made the mistake of coming here with my girlfriend for a quick midday coffee & snack. The staff apparently forgot our order, as we were left waiting for over 20 minutes. When we got up to find out where our order was, multiple employees could not be bothered to assist us for an additional 10 minutes or so, despite us being the only customers in the store at the time.

I come here on my lunch breaks at work, so I’m quite a frequent customer. I will say that the morning and mid shift crew is almost always rude. They seem miserable and don’t want to put in the bare minimum amount of effort to be friendly towards customers. I work in customer service, so I understand everyone has hard days, but it’s every time I come here. I always walk out feeling like I did something to upset these people, because they’re never nice. I wish management would actually care about this issue because I’m not the only one saying this.

I travel through Red Bug on occasion, maybe twice a week, but when I do, I will only stop at this location. Donnis and the staff here are all lovely and cares for each order and the people they serve. Kudos to having them all work here.

Just left the drive-through of this place, the best customer service I have ever had at any Dunkin ever! I ordered a coffee and some snacking bacon, and for the first time since I have ever been to a Dunkin’ Donuts, the food that I ordered was actually cooked right, it didn’t taste burnt, and the person working the drive-through was actually pleasant to talk to. There’s a first! I’m coming back here for sure.
