The hot line has not been open since March 2020… Jake’s is strictly self-serve grab ‘n go food from our coolers inside the convenience store. There’s easy, convenient snacks, lunch options, frozen entrees & soups, and plenty of pastries. Ready to eat, and ready to re-heat. The owners are still there seven days a week, pumping out a variety of options, but the business model has changed since 2020. Lots of house made goodies, so come check it out!

This food is seriously the best! And they have a super cute kids book too! These locals are stellar people and work hard to make their menu items stand out. The macaroni salad is my absolute favorite! Definitely not something you will find near any other gas station! It’s quality tasting ingredients with a homemade touch.

Definitely worth it to stop at this gem of a place in a Chevron station! I know I know what you’re thinking, restaurant inside a gas station?? No way.. we say way and it was pretty dope! The young employees are directed soundly by the owner Jake who is an awesome guy! After we ordered he even checked with us to check if all food was to our liking! We ordered the special egg Sammy and the tuna melt which were superb. Looking forward to seeing these folks again on our next trip to Bainbridge!

I only saw to go foods in a fidge, no hot serving ones. Potato salad has layers of flavor. Beef lasagna is tightly packed and has enough portion as an entree. Fast + quality + tasty.

I was finally able to try this place and it did not disappoint. The breakfast sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. From the bun, to the basil mayo and perfectly cooked egg (I also added cheese and bacon), it was all so tasty. I was also able to try their infamous cinnamon roll and wow. Seriously they know what they’re doing here. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

The food is great enough that I took the ferry across from Seattle twice and walked the mile. It doesn’t look like fresh food is offered any more (pandemic related), but the gas station offers a good selection of packaged bakery from Jake’s. The blueberry items are especially good.

Great people making great food! Today I tried the ‘Party in the Garden’ and it was delicious, 3 types of salad with some BBQ pork that was all perfectly seasoned. It’s a good place to grab something made from scratch while you’re on the go or stay and eat a bite with other friendly folk doing the same.
