So I was thinking I would do better ordering online on the app to avoid the crazy line at the restaurant, but I thought wrong. They give you Skimpy portions when u order online. I asked for extra corn and lettuce and didn’t get either. I got a tiny scoop of corn and a couple shreds of lettuce. I asked for extra lettuce cause I don’t eat rice. My bowl wasnt even full for $ 8.95. Also, always wait like 20 minutes more than they say the pick up time is cause They are slow! And I’ll never order on the app again. Might as well just stand in line. ♀️

I think this Chipotle is pretty decent. Food is usually pretty good but there are often long lines. Servers are usually fast but not super friendly other than the check out person. Serving sizes vary a bit and I kind of feel like I don’t get enough meat for the price. I do like the flavors of the meat though and the fact that they will give you a free tortilla with a bowl. I mainly keep coming back because I absolutely love the corn salsa and the guacamole.

Quiet, not very busy… I don’t eat many toppings.. but mostly rice…. But pay “EXTRA” for rice…. Not like I wanted meat or guacamole…. But I guess that’s not the place for me…

So the quality of the food is not the issue at this location, rather the quantity of food that is served here. When I ordered my usual rice bowl, I noticed that the crew member had only given me a little bit of rice. When I asked if I could receive extra rice, she only gave me the tiniest amount of rice. When I had asked for exactly one scoop of extra rice, I was charged for extra rice, which was not ideal before recently. I used to work at this location, and I personally gave a desired amount of rice that didn’t exceed to large amounts without charging for extra. I would instead eat at the Independence location where they are not that stingy with their rice servings.

Saddest and rudest staff ever. They had the main door closed and a note saying only online orders. Which is what we did and then all the staff ignored us and didn’t tell us how to enter in. They weren’t helpful at all and made us waste unnecessary time.

I never thought I’d see the day chipotle started to hire illiterate people to work for them. My bowl comes with 5 ingredients. Rice,beans,meat,cheese and corn. Somehow the last few times I’ve ordered i always get extra stuff on my order. I don’t want your sour cream or hot salsa. Steak is also cut like I ordered a 12oz ribeye from Outback Steakhouse. The people here really need to get their eyes checked. I paid $15 for double meat, double corn and I got less that if I got a regular portion. The past 3 times I’ve been here I’ve been screwed.
