In town visiting family and have a little one suffering with the change in weather. She fixed us up with some immunity shots and some delicious ginger/turmeric shots! Smoothies for breakfast rounded out our visit! Smoothies with plant protein were a great start to our day! Definitely will be back next time in town!

To say I had a great experience here would be understating the experience I had. Walking through those doors was transformative, almost in a spiritual way. The spirit of Charnette was rare and necessary and her conversation was edifying. The menu was just a bonus. She was informative and helpful and she really understands nutrition and what the body and mind needs. The chai tea was excellent and the smoothie bowls was the best I’ve ever had! Made with quality ingredients and you can taste it. I really appreciated the delicate attention to my lifestyle and the things my body may require to sustain my lifestyle. Thank you for blessing me with this encounter and I will be returning. Even if I’m not in the area, I plan on traveling back to this establishment.

Best smoothie bowls in town!! They have plant based everything!! Whey protein(dairy) doesn’t sit well in my stomach so I can’t go anywhere else but here. They use plant based proteins that you can barely taste. Also customer service is so wonderful and informative!

I love their juice! It’s all fresh and strained so perfectly. I never liked juice because all I had access to was the ones full of preservatives and they taste gross. Now I love juice but only fresh pressed! Energy explosion and groovy green are my favorites. I also get juicy juice to switch it up.

This is the hidden gem and truly, everyone who likes healthy and delicious food must stop there. The owner always greets you with welcoming sunshine smile and she makes everything on the menue right in the front of you and it’s all so so so good! My favorites are avocado toast and veggie burger, as for drinks I love Draggon Fruit smoothie but everything on the menue looks so delicious that I want to try. I love the decor and the atmosphere there is just so relaxing.

No tea bombs but their detox tea is the bomb! Tea bombs gave me palpitations so when I looked up somewhere else it showed me this and I’m so glad it did! I got the results I was told I’d get and I don’t get jitters or other problems using their products! I overall feel so much better not only using the products but the energy in the store is refreshing.
