Service is always amazing when coming here. Although it’s not a pizzeria, which on Long Island is not hard to find, but at least it is one of the better non-pizzeria restaurants where if I were to go to it in a different state, I can go to and trust that it’ll be a good meal. If you’re at the mall and want a good snack to share with someone, this is the place! 5/5!

I decided to have lunch at California Pizza and it was great! I had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza. It was delicious, fresh and very tasty. I usually do not like my peppers slice so big, but I took a bite and it was great. My waiter was awesome. Overall a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

Awesome service, we sat by the counter and the waiter gave us another bowl of soup as soon as we mentioned the flavor of 2 soups in 1 bowl was not what we expected. The mocktail had a tropical fruity flavor and opened up our appetite. The pizzas were good too.

I contacted you via form, but this restaurant has really gone down hill. I’ve been going to this restaurant for 13 or so years. It takes a lot for me to get to the point where I write a negative review, but this warrants it. Uninterested / inattentive staff. A restaurant that literally had four separate groups who came after me, pick up and leave because no server came by to help them. It took me 20 mins to go up to the counter and request a server come by to my table, with my wife and three young sons. My wife had to take the kids out because no one came by for the check after waiting forever. After she went in the car with the kids at 5:55 pm, I didn’t get to the car until 6:25 pm. It literally took that long to get my check, get my card back, get the boxes needed for the food. Just really terrible. So sad because this place used to be great for families. Please do better or this place will be headed for closure.

I came in for take out on may 12th it was a Friday a had the worst experience I’ve had picking up and order. The take out person basically threw my order at me after I paid for everything. I asked about what’s in a dish and she said “read what it says on the menu” I’ve never been to this restaurant before have been in the position I was in when i was there that day. She made us all feel very uncomfortable. My friends and I will never be coming back to this restaurant again with the attitude that was given to us that day. If I could give this experience zero stars I would. Can’t believe someone like this would be able to be employed at a place like this.

we usually love coming here but when we sat down only 1/4 of the restaurant was full so it’s not like it was super busy, we sat down and the waiter said “ill be with you in a minute”. we sat there for about 15-20 minutes before we got up and left. please make sure your servers remember and prioritize the customers. we’re disappointed because we love the food..the service can be way better. lost some hungry customers:(

I came in for a kids party yesterday on may 21st and it was horrible. We went on a tour in the back and the waitress just rushed the entire thing. When we came out and sat down for the kids to get their pizza’s they basically were just dropped down in front of them. Also after the cake got handed out the waitress disappeared for a little bit we walked past the take out window to see her giving the staff pieces of the cake. I would not recommend a kids party here
