Went through the drive thru where they messed up our order. We go inside and wait 20 mins for a bagel with cream cheese. They tell us it’s going to be a longer wait because they are slammed in the drive thru. We ask again for them to make it since they messed it up in the first place. So their response is to make a point and give us a bagel with half the container of cream cheese on it! Way to go you sure showed us

I went through the drive-thru here about a week ago. Here’s what happened with my girlfriend’s breakfast sandwich: the English muffin wasn’t toasted at all, the sausage was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted. They also forgot to add sausage to the breakfast sandwich that I ordered. So both of our orders were messed up.

This food was so nasty I had to immediately rate it to save someone else the disappointment. When we first ordered the food felt cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on our bacon egg and cheese biscuits. When they remade the food it looked like the same food from before. The biscuits were hard, salty and crumbly, the bacon was almost as if it was microwaved. The coffee they gave me tasted was weak and they downsized the small cup. It was supposed to be their strongest when it really tasted like brown water. The packets of sugar had crusty stains from who knows where and was crunchy. The box of tidbits were disgusting, downsized and were cold, stale, and too sweet. It also looked like one was half bitten. I spent 17.00 for this meal, and was served at 10:40. I will never be coming to this disgusting location again.

Drive-Thru was service I attempted to receive during the day. Drove up to NO response. This location has ALWAYS been questionable at best. Unless you have time & money to waste I don’t recommend this particular location.

Ordered 6 hash browns medium ice Capp and egg cheese croissant. Paid $17.48 came home with brown bag only to find 5 hash browns and the ice Capp. Called the number on website no answer. my mom had ordered us the 2 biscuits egg sandwiches, and the Biscuits were crumbly, and the bacon wasn’t even hot. Both sandwiches came out cold, and we asked them to reheat it they didn’t even heat it it was horrible
