The service here is very mediocre! The manager here acts as if she could care less about her customers or the experience that they encounter. The driver comes to your house with the music blasted(seriously) I live in a nice quiet community. I hate the loud music. Then once we open our pizza we find that all the toppings decided to regroup to one side of the pizza and the biz was extremely greasy. We order from this one often and we stopped for a while because we experience issues just as often. When we call to talk to management we encounter the same lady who seems to have an attitude an could care less. She is very nonchalant and unapologetic when it’s an issue. She is quick to tell you “Oh you can come pick it up yourself” . If I could go out to get it I would have! This place needs to find a new manager because its evident that the manager is unhappy with her job and is not a people person. The drivers need training on how to deliver food to customers house without the loud music and respect people’s neighborhoods. I think we will just visit the Pizza Hut on Bragg Blvd. They are more equipped to handle their customers and their establishment making sure there are no errors like the other place.

I haven’t experienced any problems or issues at this Pizza Hut location. Pizzas are ready as stated even when I walk in and order. Pizzas are tasty and satisfying. Love the location close to home.

The food wasn’t bad but the girls who answers the phone on Bragg Blvd is very rude. I called to let them know I didn’t have a sauce with my cheese sticks. The lady who picked up the call pretty much cut me off after telling me that the pasta w/ cheese sticks didn’t come with sauce it was meant to be dipped. The thing is the pasta didn’t have much sauce, it barely covered the noodles. She didn’t care about anything I had to say and sarcastically cut me off and hung up. I will never order there just because of her! That’s why I gave them 3 stars.

Usually fast and ready by the time I arrive but today I sat there waiting for too long so I called and then they did it bring it right out but I saw that it had been ready as it normally is when I pulled up Cause I observed her going straight to the oven to retrieve it although I had been looking inside the store the entire time….. Now I am about late getting back to work.
