Great service and a great meal. Loved the outside patio. My one complaint is that they serve Hunts ketchup instead of Heinz, which is an inferior brand with a weird taste. I couldn’t use it on my fries. Luckily, the fries were so good that they didn’t need ketchup.

We went to Johnny’s yesterday for dinner with a couple we haven’t been out with for a year plus. The waitress was great. I ordered fish and chips. The fish batter was actually black in sections when I received it. One piece of fish was so hard I couldn’t chew it , it was burnt. The other piece of fish was almost the same. How could someone prepare this fish and let it go to a customer???. There’s no way the cook could not have known it was going to be awful . When you don’t get out much and your looking forward to going out with friends it’s disappointing when you get food like this. I kind of feel very few people care about the quality of work they do and supervisors seem not to care either. The waitress seeing I didn’t eat any of my meal asked what was wrong? She could see the fish was awful and did not charge me. That was great but what about the cook that prepared the food? What about my experience? The restaurant lost money, we won’t go back anytime soon and of course I’ll be telling friends and family about the awful food I received. The cook goes home and he/ she doesn’t care. We need to demand a great work ethic in all businesses.

My girl and I wanted some great food on a cold rainy night and were delighted when we came across Johnny’s Bar & Grill. What we got was exceptional food with steller customer service and fair menu prices. The atmosphere was warm and cozy with a tone of history on the walls to admire.

Out of towers looking for a good dinner and we got it. Our server Grace was delightful. Dined outside on the patio as it was noisy inside. Good Bloody Mary’s and even tho Our pizza was loaded, it came crisp and hot.

Seriously hearty & tasteful portions, more than enough for leftovers. Or better yet sharing with a friend. Nice get together atmosphere. Clean enough, but not wow. Great customer service from the wait staff when they can finally get back to you. But not enough staff to smoothly and seamlessly serve the booming weekend visitors. 3.5 plan on yummy food, nice service and a lot of a bit of a wait in between . . .

Order Salt and Pepper wings! Not what I got when I got home. This was phone order! The lack of paying attention to detail is unbelievable nowadays. And people still have jobs. I wish I could do that at my job and to say the heck with it. Finally spoke to the manage,. wanted to give me a dollar off because they weren’t Salt and Pepper wings. Give me a break!!! Offered to make me another order but I’m not driving 20 minutes back for something that you made a mistake on! . Customer service is a thing of the past. Probably what I said to the manager will fall on deaf ears. This is not the first time was in the restaurant 2 months ago order the same thing and came not what I ordered!
