We had a happy hour and two wonderful dinners at the Library Lounge, Verandah, & the restaurant whilst staying at the Inn on Biltmore Estate.

We really loved the atmosphere of this beautiful lounge! Our server was terrific and recommended some great cocktails. The desserts and after-dinner cocktails were our favourite. The ice cream sandwiches were incredible. Drinks and bites are on the pricey side, but we found them worth it.

Very slow service. Been seated for over 30 minutes and have yet to get the salad. Waitress walked by our table with two long empty beer glasses and didn’t even ask if we needed another drink. Views are beautiful, service is abominable, if we ever get our food we’ll write another review…if we don’t die of starvation first…okay the food made it after about 45 minutes and it was pretty good. Here is a photo of my $20 burger.

Not the best place for dinner w/in the Biltmore Estate Area. If you are staying at the Inn, you’ll likely end up here for a bite at some point. As with the rest of the Biltmore Inn, the staff and service are excellent. Dinner here (Library Lounge), however, is slow and average. My burger, for example, was dry and a bit over cooked (I ordered a medium). Overall, an “OK” experience, but the food could be better.

The location has amazing views, and staff was phenomenal. Currently (May 2022) they are no longer serving food due to staffing issues, just drinks. There is a substantial wine by the bottle list that you have to ask for with a wider variety. The bubbly was great.

So many things to say about the elegance of eating at The Library Lounge at The Inn at Biltmore. Every time we stay at the Inn at Biltmore we have drinks and light fare in The Library. You’d think that because of the elegance you would have to get dressed up, but the opposite is true. We always sit in front of the fireplace or as close to it as possible. The wait staff is amazing. If you want a nice meal, great drinks and a relaxing time, try the Library Lounge. You won’t be disappointed. Last night we went down just for something light and got coffee, Kahlua and a club sandwich. Sat in front of the fire and chatted with a sweet couple. That’s what you do when you come to the Library Lounge. I highly recommend it

Beautiful views and amazing food. The staff couldn’t be kinder or more attentive (shout out to Heather!!) I highly recommend the strawberry fields cocktail and the black eyed pea chow chow. I ordered the chow chow twice because it was so good!

We had a great dinner at the Library Lounge. Harley was our server and she had amazing customer service and was very engaging. Definitely recommend her. My husband and And I enjoyed the Valentine’s Celebration package. The only thing to note was the per glass wine price is quite high.

Unremarkable fare and pathetic service. The drink selection is quite good, but it takes so long to get served that one might forgo the next round. The ambiance is great… because it has to be. Budget two hours for a very simple dinner.

We are currently staying at the Inn at the Biltmore, which is quite expensive. We were going to eat lunch here but the hostess was very rude and made us feel unwelcome. We were initially willing to wait the estimated 45 minutes for a table but she made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Quite disappointed in the customer service.
