Worst potbelly I ever been too… my sandwich was made all wrong and I wait all the way to got home to eat… such a disappointment… their were no mushrooms on my pizza melt and if you didn’t have why let the customer know… I asked for mayo and it wasn’t any on there! And I stop at MedMan(medical dispensary) beforehand so I was really hungry!

Food is always fine. But walked in with the family at 5:30 on a Saturday before a movie and was greeted with some music rapping about ‘sucking d!€k’ which gave my 14 year old daughter quite the shock.

As others have said in their reviews, my sandwich also was not made properly and we also did not find out until we were home. We do not live close by but were in the area so my husband got me a sandwich to-go. Called to ask for a refund and was told we could have a free sandwich. Again.. we don’t live near there so we asked for a refund instead. Then another person came on the phone and told me even if we want a refund we still have to come back to the restaurant, that it couldn’t be done over the phone. What a waste of money and time. Never again.
