This place sucks!!! We didn’t enjoy the fact that we were told to leave a 10% tip. And the hibachi guy never asked us what we wanted. We stood in front of him for 5 minutes and finally I asked him can you take my order. Never smiled at me…very unpleasant. There food was to sweet! They must have added sugar in everything. They had more desert dishes but I don’t like adding calories. I was there for the meat which was practically non existent! They had a lot of vegetables with no meat in the trays and they were burned and cold….

You’re required to leave a 10% tip, the Hibachi chefs use the same spatulas for both cooked and raw meats, and the the overall feel of the restaurant and staff isn’t very friendly. We have only been there once and probably will never go back unless these things change. There is another Chinese buffet in town that we like so much better, so we go there.

Well.. my fiance and I went there just recently.. food was dry, especially the shrimp and honey chicken. Waitress acknowledged everyone else first, made eye contact with me without saying a word and finally after while finally started noticing us. Green beans weren’t fresh, my entire meal consisted of mushrooms since that was the only good thing but they sat in their juice/seasoning for way too long. They need to change out their food after while. Just gets so disgusting seeing it dry and wrinkled. Paid $24.88 for that. I enjoyed the soda and the mushrooms and ice cream. That’s about it. Don’t waste your money! Go to Reedsburg, it’s typically better!

I just need to be honest… Terrible! When they first opened, it was great but they have slowly gone down hill. Now to the point it’s just terrible food and service. We even tried to go during what we would assume would be a busy time so the food would be hot and fresh, 6pm on a Friday night. But when we got there, everything was picked over and cold and the staff was too busy playing on their cell phones either games (including the manager who was hiding his phone and playing a game out in the front of the restaurant) or talking on the head pieces to refill the buffet. After awhile sitting at our table, we finally asked if they were going to be making any more food. After asking, the manager brought one more thing out to the line 10 mins later.

The meat was seasoned and flavored more than your average Sysco supplied Asian buffet. We did experience some tough meat regarding the beef dishes, however the chicken was cooked nicely. I would visit again.

Horrible! Thats it in a nutshell. It was much better years ago. Now it’s like no one cares. The food is stale and dry and even has a strange smell to it. The habatchi was great in the past. Now the “chef” doesn’t speak English which is ok if he even knew how to work the grill. The food was undercooked and the noodles were rock solid after cooking. The meat at the habatchi looks days old and unappetizing.

Delicious food. Reasonable prices. We have only ever ordered out, but would go here over any other chinese place in town. Mongolian beef is a regular for us, but we order with xtra beef and light onion. Highly recommend!!

i too hated this when it opened. One year later i went back with co workers against my wishes. OMG the change was amazing. everthing i took was good and now they have simple sushi and unlike peking you dont have to beg to get it. There is a ton out to eat at noon. I will no longer go to peking after being a loyal customer for years. Golden is better and they have food out . The stuffed mushrooms at golden were the best. NO MORE TIP SIGN. I would bring cash for a tip since you pay at the door.

Absolutely loved it. We’re from Milwaukee wi and we were up there for the dells and EVERYTHING WAS SO DAM EXPENSIVE, so we said if we’re going to pay alot might as well eat alot. Once you walk in (I believe it’s the owner) but a women greets us and she’s the nicest lady doesn’t know much English but absolutely love her. I couldn’t ask for a better way to end our day then to eat there. 😉 I’m happy we chose that place. WILL VISIT AGAIN when we’re back in town 🙂
