This location is horrible. I had 4 bowls using the new coupons they have out. They burnt my rice in all 4 bowls. When I return to get them remade the same day after being told to come back. They wouldn’t remake but 2 bowls stating that they couldn’t replace all 4. BUT, you served disgusting burnt rice and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. I’ve eaten here before and the rice has been hard and not fresh. The resolution on this was wrong, I could say more but I’ll leave that to speak with corporate about. The way I was handled wasn’t correct and you took my money and didn’t provide what I paid for. Also, we were sick that night after eating this.

I just did an online order, got two bowls of orange chicken and rice. Quite literally got barely any chicken. I’m not sure if it’s this area, but usually they loaddd it up w orange chicken where i used to live. smh not enough chicken to even cover the top of the rice.

On several occasions when I come here they are out of popular main items and sides. How is they are constantly out of steamed rice?! This is a Chinese take out restaurant. That is the last thing they should be out of. Whoever orders their quantities for this restaurant doesn’t seem to know what to or order the right quantities.

Came through the drive thru at 9pm. Even though it was a whole hour before closing they were out of almost everything. No tea, out of rice and veggies as well as several entrees. I was told the entree I ordered wasn’t enough so they would give me extra of the second entree item. Once I was home all I had was a bunch of green beans. Just tell me you don’t have it so I could have chosen something else. What a waste of money.

I give this place my business once a week. What’s odd to me is how you can manage to mess up my order every single time. I order orange chicken and white rice and they can’t seem to put chicken and rice in a bowl. I LOVE wasting money on lazy people:) oh and when I try to tell them they messed up my order they just ignore me for 10 min as I’m sitting outside the drive through window.

Horrible customer service went thru the drivethru & ordered a bowl of noodles all I got was a bowl FULL of cabbage NO noddles at all see photo. Called back once got home with food the assistant manager didn’t seem to care or to do anything about ensuring this doesn’t keep happening. Every time we’ve gone to this location it’s been bad from bad attitudes of the drive through person working there to the quality of food like this. We don’t have any problem like this at the other locations only this location. I was told by the assistant manager to come back they’d replace my order add shrimp I went back next day got the replacement came home with food opened it found the black hair in my food (very unsanitary). This is horrible can’t eat unsanitary food now.

Love Panda Express, one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants!!! Pretty much every dish is unique and delicious!! My top three dishes are Kung Pao Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken. The fried rice and Chow Mein are good too! Also the spring rolls are delicious! The prices are not bad but I am giving them only four stars instead of five because lately I feel that the portions are becoming smaller, not long time ago they were giving huge portions! This location is super clean, fast and convenient and staff is very friendly!!

Horrible Panda Express! Second time I go here and BOTH times my chow main is all broken up, my fork can’t even pick up the small pieces. I called to complain and they didn’t offer to replace my plate! I will definitely be reaching out to corporate to complain. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else!!
