Food and prices are good but they are sloooooowww!!! Lunch is never ready by 11am, and the outside of the restaurant smells like a grease trap. Employees are also very rude. The lady in the drive thru window somehow feels she’s doing me a favor by taking my order, even raised her voice at me while ordering. I originally gave them a 3 star, but I will be lowering it to a 2. Getting and eating food is supposed to be enjoyable. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes more to Snappers. The food there is great and service as well. That’s what I’ll be doing.

I purchased food from the drive thru about an hour ago and initially felt relieved that I could get food close to home cooking quickly. Needless to say, the rice tasted old and had a funny smell. The chicken wasn’t flavored and the Jamaican patties were very dry. Customer service was impeccable but the food was really unforgivable

Wish there was a way to add 0 stars. Service was poor, they did not add my plantains . What they served looked like dog food. Very disappointed thats why I will only go to Dutch pot, Chef Rose, or golden crust and some of the authentic Jamaican cuisine restaurants from now on. Don’t go to this Donna’s on commercial. Maybe another Donna’s provides better service and presentation of food. I also threw the food away no taste so sad.

Customer service is poor, the worker’s need training how to speak with customer’s. Especially the fat lady with the low cut hair, her attitude is very stink she don’t have not even one ounce of customer service. The food was bad as her attitude I did not enjoyed the meal at all!!!! The vegs wasn’t fresh the rice was kinda salty,I was so disappointed most of all the lady stink, nasty attitude!!!!!!

It’s really hit or miss. I’ll start by saying go for lunch 1st. Then if you like it go for dinner. So far I have tried the jerk chicken; it was seasoned but really dry. Curry chicken was ok just add a pinch of salt. Curry goat is good depending on the cook it can be very spicy some days. Brown stew chicken was nice but sweet. I’m going to be honest no matter what meal you get there are going to BONES, MORE BONES THAN MEAT. This is another reason we go during lunch. We usually go for the lunch specials during the week until 3pm. Dinner is not consistent with the taste of the food.

How can you have a small sign saying you’ve updated your prices and not provide the updated prices…is it supposed to be a secret or surprise? This is bad business..people should know what they are paying for with the correct price posted where they can see it in drive-thru.
