I got 20 wings to go and they were cooked perfectly. The wings are a good size. They gave me all the sauces I asked for. If you’re looking for a place that does wings right this location does. The other Midlothian location has been consistently poor quality chicken wings.

Went after work with friends at 6:00 pm. Service was horrendous! Took 10 min and me asking three times to get a beer. Asked the server is service always this slow and bad and she actually said yes! The worst experience I have had at a BWW. Very disappointing and probably won’t go back. Ended up leaving after we waited so long for our beer. They didn’t even comp our drinks after we expressed our disappointment. Manager wasn’t even helpful or sorry.

$110 before tip and we got our food missing the dressing for the salads, the blue cheese and celery for the 40 wings we ordered and the dip for the fried pickles . I called to speak to a manager turns out she bagged our order and Blamed it on the cashier . I even gave her an opportunity to avoid this review by simply delivering the missed condiments, she refused . Customer service is a lost are these days . Horrible experience

Went to Buffalo wild wings at westchester commons to celebrate my son’s 13th birthday. It was empty only two people at the bar and three employees on the floor. We waited for several minutes to be seated or greeted, only got looks from employees and didn’t acknowledged us. So we decided to leave and get wings at Wood and Iron Grill instead.
