I was taken back just how delicious and well balanced the meals are. High protein, moderate/moderately low calorie meals at a fair price. And to top it off, they’re so delicious! Great for anyone with a busy lifestyle (like me) and/or for those who are trying to fit in healthier meal choices into their day.

We started purchasing meals from Meal Prep On The Fly when we found out my wife was pregnant in order to help with her sugar (glucose) levels. We like how each meal is measured and high in protein. They also change their menu every week for more variety in meals. All the meals we have tried have been delicious. My wife has one meal for lunch and dinner and her sugar levels have dropped significantly from what they were before and on top of that she has lost weight also. I would highly recommend their meals for anyone looking for healthy Meal Prep.

Have been ordering from Meal Prep on the Fly since meeting the owner at an event last year. I am a co-owner of a fitness studio so I am always looking for healthy options with a good component of protein. Different from other meal prep deliveries there is no minimum order and no certain number of entrees you have to hit. They also have a lighter option which I love. Most importantly it all tastes great and I have not tried anything that I don’t like. It’s all freshly made and freezable. I have eaten them fresh and I have frozen meals when I have needed to and the taste profile doesn’t change, The macros and ingredients are included on the package label which i also love. I highly recommend Meal Prep on Fly, meals are one of the lowest on the market, great quality, great service and a local small family owned business.

Love Paulo & Shannon and the company they have!! The food is absolutely delicious!!! I don’t really cook so good FRESH, nutritious food brought to my door is a total blessing!! The meals are so filling & tasty!! Dependable deliveries that are always on time! Right to my front door!! Sometimes I even leave a cooler if I’m not home. Love that I can pick it up at different locations if I am not in town. Definitely give this company a try!! You’ll thank me later!

5 stars. The consistency is what these guys have down. There’s a few prep places around and meal prep on the fly beats them all hands down. From quality of food to prices to customer service. 5 out of 5. The owner is a great guy who is there personally if there is any issues or questions you may have. The delivery time is always spot on. The meals are always great. Tried them and will never change! Keep doing great things guys!
