I’m pregnant, I don’t have time to be dealing with these types of employees. When I tell them they barely put any cream cheese on my bagel- they tell me I have to pay extra if I want more – I don’t mind paying. I just also don’t understand why I’m buying a bagel with cream cheese if only half of it will come with cream cheese. I had a free coffee reward and I asked the gentleman I notice i had the reward and if I could still add it to my order, he said yes and scanned my code again. He actually charged me for it and after I told him I wasn’t expecting to pay for it the manager told me it was my fault because I ordered it after I ordered my food. All I wanted was to get my money back because it was a misunderstanding and she refused to give me the money back. I just won’t be coming here again. Too stressful for me and my pregnancy to be dealing with these little problems. The manager was yelling at me that it was my fault I ordered the drink and I didn’t think it was necessary over a coffee. I also think the issue was a language barrier since the gentleman that told me I could still get the reward spoke little English.

Just stopped by here at this Dunkin again and needed to write a review of this super great location. The staff are friendly, quick and with a great customer service commitment. The store is super clean and a joy to patronize whether you use the drive-through or go inside. Highly recommend this location.

Staff is cordial when approached but response is poor. Food and drinks are stadard to Dunkin. Visited on a Saturday with only two customers in the lobby and none in the drive thru. Waited for two minutes without being addressed/greeted. Door had chimes so my entrance was clearly able to be heard.

I’ve been here twice and both times ended up with stale donuts as if they have been sitting there for days. I gave feedback to corporate. I assume they are trying to save money by selling old donuts but 2/2 times with stale donuts is disappointing. I will not be going back again.

I keep going there because it’s the most convenient DD to go to. My experience (2/26) was the best when the medium Latte for $2 wasnt working, a cashier told me i could get an iced coffee 1/2 off. So I took that, and as she is getting me my drink she gets a free donut for me and apologized for the wait/inconvenience. I had been standing there for almost 5 mins but appreciated the patience and service.
