Awesome little spot for some great food! Ken and Abby took great care of me. The bacon and sausage links are unmatched! Truly the best I have had in this area. Just when I thought I was finished they blessed me with a free side of grits topped with gravy. They were phenomenal. I wish I could eat more carbs currently because if that gravy was any indication the biscuits and gravy must be to die for. If you are looking for a place to grab breakfast or lunch give them a try! My pictures of the meal aren’t perfect because I started eating before taking them.

Nice diner for breakfast. Plenty of seating. We had the breakfast buffet. Lots of good food to eat. They never had the bacon out, which was disappointing for the price.

Came here over the Apple Festival/Labor Day Weekend and it was just what we needed as we had three young kids with us (all under the age of 3). Our server was super friendly and provided our kids with crayons and coloring books, the diner wasn’t crowded at all, the food is what you’d expect and hope for from a classic style diner, and the space is large with lots of seating. My only complaint would be that the price seemed slightly higher than what I’d expect from a place like this (it wasn’t clear to me that we would pay an extra $3-4 to get home fries as a side for our toddlers grilled cheese) but it was still very affordable.

Went there for the first time and has nice homey atmosphere. We had their breakfast buffet and everything was great and prepared well. Our waitress, Logan, did an outstanding job and was very pleasant and has an outstanding personality. She came by often to refill our coffee cup. She is an asset to this establishment. we definitely go back again.

Food good and service is great as always…BUT They are way overpriced and the owner just says there costs have gone up, oh well, visit some of the other wonderful restaurants around and they ARE CHEAPER, and just as good. so if you don’t mind wasting your tourist dollars go right ahead and bring cash too…cause they pass on the cost for credit to you. They only care about their profits, and they say it’s to stay in business but it’s mainly a greed on the owners part. Like I said lots of other options that won’t charge you exuberant prices for breakfast…one of the cheapest meals to make and prepare. Want proof check out the prices at some of the other local great food joints and save some money.

I was so happy to return to The Dixie Diner after almost 30 years. The Western Omelet was great. The grits weren’t my favorite but good. Great folks in there, working and eating.

The service is phenomenal but that breakfast bar and it’s dried up food is NOT worth 16 plus the cost of a drink. Breakfast for 3 people should never be 65$. I didn’t get shrimp. The food on the bar is dried up. Do yourself a favor and just order a plate of food. You’ll get more food for half the cost. I’ll stick to Pops from now on.
