Gave it another chance after seeing the Under New Management sign lol what a joke; gave me fries that sat in grease and chicken that appeared to be fried twice after sitting under heat lamp all evening. This place I’ll never visit again

I come to this location about 6 times a yr and always order the 20ct tenders. Today was a huge disappointment. Not only were my chicken tenders extra greasy, but the sz is way smaller than usual. There were about 5pc that definitely shouldn’t have been counted as one ea. You can put 3 together and they’re still smaller than 1 single roll. I prolly won’t be back due to this. This is not a machine error. This is an employee error….the employee should know better than to count a tiny strip as a whole strip.

They made me wait 20 minutes 4 gizzards. When I got home, they weren’t even hot N charged me 4 jalapeños N didn’t get them. This has happened several times. I WISH there was another place that had fried gizzards in Grand Prairie. I will NOT go back again. They make me feel like I owe them. What they don’t UNDERSTAND that without happy customers they’ll B losing MONEY. NOT FRIENDLY at ALL. LAST time I go there. Very DISAPPOINTING

I am surprised a lot more people have not tried William’s Chicken considering how good it is. I love the fried okra (I hope my doctor doesn’t see this…lol) but I am embarrassed at how much I can eat when I treat myself to their food. My best friend hasn’t went back to any of the other chicken places since he tried William’s. So yeah, it’s good

They need to update there hours on the website. Also, they are only allowing you to order through the drive up window. There intercom doesn’t work. Since there sign says open at 10a.m., but no one is there. Going to Lisa’s chicken and seafood, they open when they say they do. Same road pioneer just farther down.
