Got a table outside right away, nice server, and the food was delish! We had some mixed drinks which were good, fried pickles, a Buffalo wrap, and a Reuben. Would definitely get the pickles and the waffle fries again- some of the best we have ever had! The wrap was good but too spicy for most. I like it hot and it was borderline too much for me.

Nice place to meet a friend and catch up or have a date night on a summer evening. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was good. The service on the other hand could have been better. As there were less than 12 people, in 3 groups, it took some time to place an order for food. I’m sure being a Wednesday isn’t ideally the best day ti work but as a server maximum effort should be made. Again the food and drink consumed as very satisfactory but when I stop by Again I’d hope the service would be more prompt.

Great food, great service, great setting, beautiful night – couldn’t ask for more! Homemade egg rolls were delicious. Had burgers too (sorry forgot to take pics), made to order and very good. Waffle fries were good too!

Best BLT (with avocado too!) that I’ve had this season. My wife had the mushroom burger and loved it. Really good iced tea, plain or flavored. Excellent, friendly, and fast service with the option to eat inside with AC or outside on the shady patio. The pull-tab machines were fun to try while we waited for our food. Most seats have a view of the lake. We will return to try out another menu option in the future!

We had a group of 5 and it took us almost 1.5 hours to get our food. We did tell that we meeting friends at 7 and course we were 30 minutes late. We got asked 4 times how things were going and we pointed out that we were waiting for our appetizer and got told oh I will check on it but still no luck. We finally got our appetizer and 5 minutes our food. Ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and to send it back because the cheese wasn’t even melted. By the time that got back to us everyone else was done eating even asking where the sandwich was when the waiter came by and asked us about the food. Never got the extra sauce but charged for it. When I contacted them and was told that they were sorry and would send us a $50 gift card. After 2 weeks and no card I contacted them again and was told someone would call me back. A week later still nothing so I called again and was told a gift card was in mail. It was for $25 a far reach from the $50. I don’t even want to give the card to a friend because I don’t want them to have the same problem meal that we did. We spent over $110 for the meal.

Order a steak salad and it had no steak on it, they used thin sliced sandwich meat. Definitely not worth the cost. Drinks were great and waitress was great.

Stopped while on route from NW Iowa to Northfield, what a fun spot! After a great Bloody Mary… we were concerned about eating too much prior to an evening dinner – so we had the chicken Quesadilla…it was super!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Pretty thinly staffed. Had nachos, good flavor, but they were overwhelmed by the grease from the beef. Right by the lake!
