My partner and I go there for the bacon breakfast toasted wraps almost weekly. There have been several issues that happen recently and I’m very disappointed in the service. Through multiple trips I’ve been charged for 6 and only received 4, no bacon in the wraps, the wraps are very soggy and cold, etc. And most of the time I do not receive a receipt so I can’t really dispute the issues. No really wanting to go back to this location.

I purchased a few food items 2 days in a row. The first day I got the Epic queso burrito w/ chx and a regular mango pineapple sprite popper. Everything was decent. So when I returned the next day, I got the Epic guacamole burrito w/ chx and 2 fish tacos. The guacamole burrito was trash because the rice was so undercooked, I thought I was gonna break a tooth. Also, I didn’t taste or see any chx. I couldn’t finish the burrito so I threw the rest away. I ate both fish tacos and they were ok. If I ever return to this store, I’ll stay away from their rice or any items containing rice.

Rolled up just after midnight and no one helped the two cars in front of me or myself. Store is open until 1am employees are lazy and close early daily. Won’t answer the drive thru or the phone and hide in the back. If I was the owner of this establishment I wouldn’t pay them for the last hour of work seeing they don’t work and you are missing out on a large profit in that late hour window. I will take my business back to Filiberto’s down the street, better food and better service every time compared to this location.

We usually go to the one on country club Dr. and it’s amazing! We stopped at this one and first off went to the restroom and Gross from the door to the paper towel holder was nasty however we ordered food anyways… it was ok but not very friendly service. We will just wait and go to a different one next time.

I was immediately greeted, ask to wait a second, at which she took my order with a constant smile and being very engaged. I received my order within 10” with Thank You and another smile.
