I go to this particular Tim Horton many times a week. The staff is so friendly. If you go when they are ready to close, they will often give you baked goods that they have left at the end of the day. We were having an event at work and i asked the owner (Gus) if he cared to donate his leftovers to our company at the end of the day. He gave us a large order at 1/2 price. He also owns the 1 on Pontiac Trail in South Lyon. These are my 2 favorite locations!

8/27 it was so slow – my bacon egg and cheese sandwich had a sausage in place of the egg- like huh? and a woman with an accent was extremely rude about it. In the us customer service is supposed to be polite and friendly.

Greedy owner Overcharges everything- even butter on a bagel is extra- I get cream cheese but butter? This place consistently either screws up your order or it’s just disgusting. There are other Tim Hortons that don’t upcharge you on things that are usually complimentary. Glad he makes that extra $.25- in the process lost a customer.

The are very polite and organized. The morning crew runs this place like a well oiled machine. Coffee is always very fresh and I’ve never had a bad sandwich for breakfast or lunch. They’re usually a very friendly bunch but are only human and have their off days but I can assure you they only come once in a blue moon at this place.

By far the slowest, most unfriendly, borderline rude Timmy’s I’ve ever been too! I wish there was an option closer to Wixom so I could avoid this place. They don’t even greet you when you pull up to the speaker, you have to sit there and wait forever until they greet you. I’ve even said hello because nobody addressed me when I pulled up only to get a rude response of wait a minute.

The biscuit egg and cheese was one of the worst. Shows you that no care or attention is paid at all. And yes there other reviews are right, the employees are constantly arguing in their native language. The service was fast though and the lady at the register was nice.
