Ordered & pulled up to pay, was told it’d be about 10 minutes for the chicken. Whatever, I already paid. So I waited and waited.. about 20 mins later out walks a lady to hand me my order, no apologies for making me wait or no thanks for the business. Get home to dish out the food & 3/4 of the bucket was itty bitty pieces of chicken. For the price we paid for that family bucket meal, I was a little upset! It is definitely not worth what it costs & we won’t be ordering from there again.

French fries were salty as heck, fish was small and dried out. Got the 2 piece chicken dinner ordered 2 legs, they looked more like a doves legs. Also dried out. Only thing that was eat able was the mashed potatoes. Last 20 bucks they will get from me, for a long, long time.

My order was wrong. I ordered a $5 fill up with a breast a second $5 fill up with a leg and a thigh plus coleslaw and another meal and their dessert biscuits they failed to give me my coleslaw they failed to give me my leg and my side potatoes they served us were not made properly and they want to do nothing to give me 10% off the next time I come in so I won’t be back poor customer service don’t know how to file an order when it’s right there on the receipt and then they tell me they want to give me 10% off my next order when I couldn’t eat what they gave me …done

Well the service was pretty fast and the food was fresh and hot, but I was disappointed with the flavor of my meal. I got the two chicken littles meal, one with Georgia Gold sauce and one with Nashville Hot sauce. There was so little sauce on either sandwich that I could barely taste it, and I even ordered without mayo. I know it’s not the norm because I’ve gotten the same from two other locations and they were coated in sauce. So beware ordering anything other than plain chicken here.
