Amazing steaks. They are dry aged right in the lobby for 28 days. Tons of options for sides and toppings. The bone marrow sauce is to die for.

Outstanding Sunday evening experience. Steaks were perfect. Most sides were excellent, but the tempura mushrooms were underwhelming. The Shishito peppers were wonderful. There French Onion soup was uber-concentrated — less like soup and more like onion paste. It was a bit overwhelming. Scallops were fantastic! We’ll definitely be coming back for more. The casino is super clean and is no smoking and that helps make this experience so much better.

This was our third trip to Whiskey Prime. Our first two experiences were lovely, this last trip was extremely disappointing to say the least. What is the purpose of making notes on a reservation if no one is going to read/pay attention to them. It is a rhetorical question of course, the reason is so you don’t have to tell the entire dinning room that you are gluten free so don’t bring the bread, and you are there to celebrate a special occasion… My husband and I both had the 8oz fillet, medium, with loaded bakers, and the asparagus. The steaks were cooked as ordered but they were extremely dry and flavorless. I tried smearing the butter from the bread basket on mine to give it some lubrication but it was useless. My husband’s steak was equally bad. One should never have to order 3$ steak sauce to make fillet mignon edible. The potatoes were ridiculously huge, easily 3 times the size of the steak and barely warm enough to melt the butter. The service was sub par as well. We ran out of water mid meal and were never offered more, no offer of a second cocktail, and no offer of dessert. And the waiter dropped my husband’s fork in his lap, tines down covered in not quite melted potato butter. When we mentioned the disappointing steaks we were simply told they would let the management know even though the steaks were sitting on the plates barely touched. We opted to get a doggy box for our steaks so at least our dog could eat them. It was a not so happy birthday meal.

I stopped by Whiskey Prime last week and had a sub par experience.. but I am so glad that I gave Whiskey Prime one more chance yesterday. Tiffany is an INCREDIBLE waitress. So kind, offered us recommendations and samples of the wine we bought, and was thorough in explanations of the menu. In contrast to our last visit, we watched her explain specials to every table, and give us the same level of care as every one of her other tables. Will be asking for her any time we have a craving for a steak. Cannot say enough positive things about this experience. Thank you Tiffany ! ❤️

Was not thinking of coming here but glad we did as we were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. My only beef ahem…my chairman had too much sinew and was more medium than medium rare. However, the rest of the meal was good.

The food was sadly not worth the $400+ bill I paid. I got a tasteless, dry salmon dinner. Our wait was so terribly long that we ended up not eating most of what we ordered because our kids were getting restless and the food was not worth bringing home.

The steak was blah, no flavor. Hubby makes better steaks at home and considering they were $100 totally not worth it. The sides however were great as well as the service. If I go back, I’ll just get a salad and tater lol.

This place is the best! We’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. They are always on top of industry trends. The meats and the drinks are among the most flavorful and thoughtful north of Seattle. And they manage to have and keep the best staff as well. Julie and others make sure our night is always special.

Came for my husband’s birthday. Out of the 4 people there, three of the steaks came out not cooked how we asked. My husband sent his back, they brought out a smaller steak that was more undercooked than the first. Then when we cashed out, the waiter charged the bills to the wrong cards. The manager fixed it. Checked our bills when they came back and some food from the other party was on our bill. At that point we just wanted to leave. Terrible service and a terrible experience for my husband’s birthday. The steaks had hardly no flavor. Definitely not worth what they are charging.

People, the Steakhouse has a new cook and that one is as awesome as the one before the last!
