Highly disappointed I got the #7 5 piece chicken tender box with two sides . The fries were dry and taste bad. The chicken tenders were not crispy and the biscuit was doughy when I bit into it. The only thing that taste good was the Mac and cheese and the cherry Pepsi. Highly disappointed considering the fact I paid money for a meal that was horrific. Refund is needed ‼️

The food at this KFC is always cold and OLD today I bought a 5 piece chicken strip combo the chicken was old, dry and lukewarm & the biscuit was hard. I didn’t realize the food was so terrible until I got home so I suggest if you buy any food from Southfield KFC check before you leave. The price of chicken is double the price now and the quality and service is terrible why a we the customers accepting poor service and quality

There Aren’t Many Kentucky Fried In The Area. As A Matter Of Fact There Aren’t Any In The Area. This Kentucky Fried Is Known For Having Decent Fried Chicken. Others Have Said That The Other KFC Restaurant’s Chicken Doesn’t Taste As Well As This Particular Franchise.

I was at the KFC on 10 mile in Southfield. It was at 1pm. I placed my order. 2 chicken littles and a small fry. Also a # 8. I asked for specific pieces of chicken. 3 thighs spicy with mash potatoes and slaw. I was told no problem. I should have looked in the bag before I got home but it was packaged very neat and secure. When I opened the box of my meal. I notice I had 3 rib breast instead. I tried to phone the store to let them know that my order was wrong. There was no answer Not only that it also tasted like it had been sitting under a light for sometime not fresh at all. I decided to go back to the K F C in hopes that they would give me the what I asked for and had paid 27 dollars for. When I got up to the counter I explain that my order was wrong. The lady at the counter didn’t say a word. She just started my order. She was gone for a few minutes. I asked to see the chicken. It was from the same batch of chicken that was sitting under the light. I asked if they had any chicken that had just came up from the fryer. I was told the chicken they had was not old because they just opened at 11:00. I told her that chicken was cooked before 11:00 and maybe the oil was not any good. So with that all being said. I asked here to please give me other pieces that looked better. The manager came to the counter. I tried explaining. But he ignored me and asked the cashier. He seemed not happy at the fact that I was not happy with my order and asked if I wanted my money back. I said yes and got my money back. I really wished I would have gotten better customer service from the manager. He could have set a better example for the young employees. I ended up going to a KFC in Detroit. I had to drive a little further. But it was worth it to get what I wanted and paid for.

Very disappointed this was the worst KFC I’ve ever had to deal with the guy was very rude and they told us we could only get 2 large mashed potatoes for sides there would be no substitute even though we spent $40 on family meals.even though they had other sides and the lady tried to ask him if she could she give me something else besides two mashed potatoes very large mashed potatoes with gravy the guy said no and was very rude to her and told her to get over there and do her job not going back there again. And the food was not exceptional like they had cooked it and it sat there a while, KFC used to be the best chicken place in the world no one can touch those herbs and spices now I couldn’t even taste the spices please don’t cut back on the quality of your work.

Check ✔️ this out! Little Ceasars pizza closed early dew to understaffed. I drove right ✅️ next door to KFC . Selected a couple of combo meals to go ♂️. Chicken breast combo n KFC bowl combo meals. Both combo’s come with drinks , sides, n a cookie . Only $6.29 each! “Out the door “. They used 2 say.( Classic) Everyone needs to make time ⏲️ for this location. Great service n good people working ♀️ here. Even though the restaurant had a line. We received our food ☺️ QUICKLY! Fast food at its best. Brand new stop ✋️.

Had to take my food back. The crispy chicken was so hard, unable to eat it. Cole Slaw was dry mashed potatoes very little gravy. Check your food b4 u leave if you go. I will not be back.
