This was the first time I was in the area and finally got to try a new hot dog spot in Birmingham. I got the LA Dog combo and a custom dog. The LA Dog was great! The bacon wrapped frank was crispy and not over cooked. The chili was very good and not chunky like some places do. It was proper hot dog chili. The fries were cooked very well too! For 14 bucks it was well worth the stop and look forward to coming again. I can hope they open a spot in 5 Points South and make getting to them a more regular occurrence!

Omg y’all this place is it. Everything from customer service to the food quality is perfection. The Carolina Slaw Dog was our pick of the night but the Chicago Dog came in close second. The young man who took our order was also very patient and kind. We will be telling everyone to come here and can’t wait to come back.

Everything was perfect. From the service of the staff to the quality and taste of the food. By far one of the best drive thru experiences I’ve ever had. Also make sure to try the funnel cake fries. They are absolutely addictive.

We were really happy with the service and food we got here! The selection of hot dogs is huge and so are the hot dogs. We got the Chicago dog, a Jamaican jerk chicken dog, and corn dog nuggets and everything was great! I’m obsessed with those corn dog nuggets, honestly. Such a good idea! We will definitely be back to support this awesome local business!

I placed an order through Doordash and sheesh, soooo delicious!!! I ordered a Chicago hotdog, Detroit Coney, Mystery drink and funnel sticks! Definitely worth the price!! I’ll be ordering again!

I was very excited to try the new original hot dog factory in center point and stopped by to order a corn dog and cheese fries. The hot dog itself tasted very good and so were the cheese fries BUT………the corn dog had very little batter and mostly just a hot dog on a stick. It cost about $11 which pretty high considering it was 1 corn dog and 1 order of cheese fries. I may try it again but if the corn dog comes out like the 1st one then that will be my last visit.

This place has 28 hotdogs and sausages and can make any dog or sausage that will suit your fancy. They have some of the best real cut French fries ever. Extra points because they have biodegradable straws. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is because the prices are high for hotdogs and sausages.

So just finished my first order from the original hot dog factory and felt compelled to do a review afterwards. Best hot dog of my life! Fried oreos on point! Even had vegetarian options for my lady that she overwhelmingly approved of. Staff was very kind. Can’t wait for my next one.
