What’s the point of a hot in ready if they never have pizza ready, and I walked in and stood there for 20 minutes before a customer ask about there pizza and I quote they said yea it’s been up but waiting for the pizza been cut, I watched there pizza sit for 10 minutes before they cut it and gave it to the customer. As I’m still standing there for ever they never even said a word to me, the manager was nowhere to be seen. So I walked out and went somewhere else ill never go back to this location again. Would give this place a zero if possible! I called ahead to get a fresh hot and ready and bread sticks. Upon my arrival I was given an old pizza that was overcooked and looked horrible! I also received sauce for my bread sticks that was clumpy and and looked disgusting. I will not return and would HIGHLY recommend saving your money and not go there!

Worst pizza place ever! Basically you cannot pay in cash there because they don’t take anything over a $20 bill what a joke I know a lot of people carry card but I prefer to carry cash and I literally watched the manager grab over a hundred dollars in 20s out of the drawer in your telling me you can’t break my hundred dollar bill? He literally had $200 in twenties in his hand but said he’s not allowed to take anything over a $20 bill even though he had the money to break it

We only go to the clio location anymore. They have excellent service AND food. After i was told “we dont take money” at the genesee&richfield location, we started looking for a better place to get the pretzel pizza. Im not sorry. This is the only place that actually puts the cheddar cheese on there AND doesnt burn it..

Store manager “Sami “ had me wait for pizza for 15 minutes. Said it was coming out the oven. Well got it home and it’s not cooked all the way. Dough still raw . Called and she got attitude with me. Just wanted my Pizza remade. Now it’s going to Take another 25-30 minute for pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. No wonder the reviews are bad. Hopefully the store owner will train people better. Looks by the reviews that the staff attitudes problems. It also looks like they send out a lot of uncooked pizzas . On my way to get my pizza hope it’s cooked this time.
