I never write reviews on ANYTHING! But, I had a wonderful time at Outback yesterday. All thanks to Gabe, our waiter. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly, made us laugh, and made us feel at home. Gabe was very attentive and knew the menu well. He recommended some great dishes and even took care of our special requests without any problem. During our meal, he made sure our drinks were always filled, and he was quick to help with anything we needed. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable throughout the evening. Gabe paid close attention to detail and made sure our food was served just the way we wanted. The restaurant was busy, but he still made us feel like a priority. If you go there, ask for Gabe as your waiter – you won’t be disappointed!

We indulged in several steaks, lobster, and delightful desserts, all of which were served with care. What made the evening even more special was when she surprised my daughter with a complimentary dessert for her birthday. My steak was so cold & fatty. Most of my steak was fat, and the fact that I had to get them to warm it up says alot. Had to tell the waiter when to give us refills on drinks. The Mac & cheese was also cold, barley cheese on it, the best thing we had was the French fries, and blooming onion. My mom food was pink & it was hard. Never again, will eat here, mcdonalds would have been better, tbh. Everyone is nice for the most part, but our waiter was not in a good mod.

If you must go, go for lunch. Faster, friendlier, and better cooked foods. Dinner time they are way to short staffed. Cooks rushing orders, which leads to no prepared correctly items ( undercooked or burnt). Plus your 30 min. Wait time, after you already passed your called in time, will be a lot longer. Cook you steak at home on the grill. Pleasant servers, just not enough.

Tabitha, our waitress, was nothing but lovely. She was very attentive and kind and incredibly friendly. She complimented my nails and tattoos, and made sure we had everything we needed. My boyfriend wasn’t feeling well and she brought him ginger ale. She is absolutely lovely and this Outback location is incredible!
