Ordered online, didn’t help. Went through drive-thru was sent to locked door. Forgot my drink, waiting on that I opened sealed bag to see I was shorted a breast. Waiting on that I remembered I was supposed to have a biscuit. Tired of waiting but seriously, they’re only taking ONE ORDER AT A TIME!!!

I’m doing a review for the last two times we were here. Both times were take out. The first time we ordered just chicken it was amazing. This time it was disgusting. The chicken was old the biscuits were burnt and we ordered white meat combos and received dark meat on both. So disappointed with this location.

This was the worst Kentucky Fried Chicken we have ever had. First had to wait 18min. For Chicken to be cooked at 6:30p. Dinner time really? So ok you would think Chicken would be nice and hot and fresh. Nope. Greasy as can be. We ordered a 8 piece which has 2 wings, 2 thighs, 2 legs and 2 breast. At least that’s what is advertised. Nope!! We got one breast and 4 legs. What a rip off!!! Also after waiting for the Chicken to be done biscuits and mash potatoes were cold. What a joke!!! The Cole slaw was the best part of the meal !!

I placed a order online and I was told that my order would be ready for pickup at 7:45pm. Go to pickup my order just to first be told that they put all the chicken in the trash and would have to wait 25 minutes for chicken to be cooked and when I asked why because I placed a order online they said we didn’t have a online order and after I told them my pickup time they did something and printed out my order and again said 25 minutes which I didn’t have time to wait I told them to cancel my order and they said no problem now I want my money back because I never got my order. I will never go back to kfc in hartselle al never again I just want my money back

I ordered eight piece bucket, extra crispy. I asked the cashier would it be two legs, two breast, two thighs, two wings. He said yes. When I got home, I had six thighs and two legs, regular recipe! $25.00 wasted!!

Went there 6 times in a week and half. Out of chicken pot pies every time except once and it was a thirty minute wait to get one. Wait 10-15 minutes to place your order and then set in the parking lot for another 30 minutes after you pay them. This was a regular order, when they were out of pot pies

My order was placed as a to-go order. It took me roughly about 10 minutes to arrive at the store. When I arrived I tell them who I am and they tell me it’ll be 15 minutes b/c they just dropped chicken. All the while I have to coach them thru what was on my order. Twenty minutes later I finally get to leave with my order. My chicken was hot but my sides, that I had to tell them once again what I had, were not.
