Ordered two meals to go, chicken parmigiana and the Asiago chicken, in total $37 for the meals. The chicken parmigiana the noodles were half cold, and the chicken did not taste good at all. The Asiago chicken was slightly better, but over all nothing was worth the price paid. Will not go again to this location

The service is what sets restaurants like Ruby Tuesday’s apart. Because the food is the same pretty much no matter which location you visit. In this case, we weren’t taken care of. My drink (Diet Coke) sat empty for 16 minutes (at least). That means nobody came by to check on is. Later, my son’s water sat empty for 8 minutes.

I visit here often with my son. The servers are friendly and accommodating. The food is really good. The manager sometimes comes to our table to ask us how is everything. Nice touch to show they are concerned. The salad bar is well stocked and clean. I love the grilled asparagus. The drinks are not that strong except the Ruby Relaxer, which is my favorite. Always a good experience on the occasions we’ve been to this location.

Went in for an early dinner before catching a movie. Hardly any other customers so we got seated right away. Our waitress was very nice, had a great smile, and very helpful with my questions about some of the menu items. Got our food after a short wait and it was delicious. Very hot, the chicken was tender, sauce was finger licking good, and grilled veggies were so yummy. Desert could have been a bit better if the cake was warm but still very good. Price was great as well as we got plenty of food without spending too much. Will definitely try them out again.

The food was good enough, but not great. I had to wait a long time for drink refills and almost never saw my waitress, but two other staff members came to ask if my food was good. When it came time to pay the bill my total was under $20 and I needed change for the tip so I put an extra $20 bill in and the waitress brought back a ten and two fives, no ones. Sorry, but I’m not leaving a tip that is over 25% of my bill when the service was not very good, so the waitress got far less than I would have left because I had no change. I even waited a few minutes to try to get singles, but no one came by.

Ordered the strawberry margarita and it was delicious. Took forever for our food to come out. My mushroom swiss burger was very good. The waiter was very nice. Would have been better if they didnt take over 20 minutes to bring the food out.

Good food, I choose to sit by the bar since O was solo. Fast service, Good food and cold beer seem to be the Norm here. I had a Cheese Burger this visit and it was very good. The salad bar is excellent and for lunch it is the perfect set up. Highly recommend for a quick lunch or a sit down and chill kind of night.

By all means one of the best French fries I’ve had in a while! The waitress was slightly inattentive, but when she did drop by our table she was courteous and thorough on our order and any questions we had about the menu. My friend was slightly put off by how long it took for his side order of macaroni to come out and even more so when the waitress asked, “Do you still want it (macaroni)?”, when replying yes, she went to the kitchen and brought it out shortly later. Aside from that little hiccup, no complaints.
