So good! This was our first time ever at a Chicken Salad Chick and it was a great experience. I brought my toddler here with my baby for lunch. My toddler and I shared a meal and it was plenty of food for the both of us. The complimentary cookie with the meal was definitely his favorite part though. The woman taking orders was the regional (maybe district?) manager and she was incredible! We told her it was our first time and she explained everything to us and was so sweet. Great professionalism! We will definitely be back!

I did not go into eat therefore I don’t know how the atmosphere was. It was my first time there. I was really wanting a salad but they only had two kinds of salads the name of the restaurant had the word salad in it so I thought I could get a Cobb salad or a chef salad or something like that. So I ended up with a turkey sandwich which I wasn’t real crazy about and would have rather had a salad. Probably won’t be back

I’ve been several times and do like the quick fresh chicken salad options. I’m not a fan of the pasta salad – it is a little dry and flavorless, but there are other options. Soup is pretty good on a cold day.

I wish I could give 100 stars for the service I received today. This team in LJ, with Kara the district manager leading, pulled a huge order together for 50 people in less than one hour. We had an unexpected need to bring in lunch today and when I called to see if there was any chance the LJ Chicken Salad Chick could help us feed a crew of 50 they delivered without blinking an eye! We had sandwiches, sides, desserts and drinks in abundance because this team made it happen! The food was delicious, but the service was off the chart excellent! They even loaded everything in my car for me! Thank you!!!

The food is excellent. The service is quick. The premises are spotless. I’m not a fan of the stand at the counter to read the menu and order but they do bring your food to you. Best chicken salad I’ve ever eaten.

Interesting restaurant. Enjoyed the southern style chicken salad. I had the scoop but it could have been a sandwich. The real deal was the seasonal salad add on for $1. Good spinach salad with cranberries.
