Beware ordering from here. They like to close early, contrary to what the official site and google states as the normal hours. The website and other delivery places still take orders for beyond that time, however. Got a call from the store that more or less said it was my problem to try and fix. Tried calling back a few times for more info and to see what my options were after talking to support and they apparently close even earlier on answering the phone. Stick to the other more reliable places if you are able to.

I don’t know what’s going on there, but there must be some serious problems going on at this location. When I tried to order online from there, the site wouldn’t accept my order due to “irregularities” with my payment method. I tried several payment methods and switched to using the mobile app but nothing was accepted. I tried calling them over the phone to order the old-fashioned way, but no one picked up. I don’t know if they’re super-busy, overloaded with orders, or closed, or just really, really mismanaged, but something weird is happening over there.

Worst service ever!!! Supposed to be open until 10 but are always closing early!! They almost never answer their phone and when they do they either get a attitude with you about closing early then hang up on you or you hear them all complaining and using vulgar language about their jobs. They don’t use gloves to make the food and weren’t washing their hands after I watched several touch their clothes and their face when I went to pick up my order. Last time I did get to order my wings were still pink on the inside, the crazy bread was hard as a rock and I couldn’t eat it and the center of my pizzas were frozen. Didn’t bother calling to complain because it took me 5 calls to even place the order.

The dip dish is always a winner….. however they never have any hot and ready pizzas when I stop in. Other locations do, but 100% of the time I stop during the advertised time frame for a hot and ready they don’t have them ready. I’ve just left a few times and a fewa times I’ve wait. The workers act like I’m the entitled one for wanting the pizza hot and ready……no it’s what your sign says sweetheart. SMH
