So happy I stumbled upon this restaurant. It was an enjoyable experience in every way…even if I was travelling alone! In fact, I recommended it to my clients (who live locally) the next day. Sangria was amazing and the seafood ceviche (especially the octopus therein) was great. Also, the twice baked plantains were a great accomplishment, but there was so much food, I could not eat it all

My husband is Peruvian and I took him here for his birthday. We both loved it! The food was very authentic and delicious. The service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

HIDDEN tucked away in a residential area across from Macfarlene Park. Not many Peruvian restaurants in Tampa, but they wouldn’t be able to compete anyways. Lomo saltado and the grilled octopus were the highlights. Amazing flavor and the octopus was crazy tender. I have never eaten octopus this tender before. My mind is still blown. The complimentary Peruvian corn nuts were a treat. It took me back to my trip to Peru. All I needed to complete the meal was a glass of chicha.

While the location is unassuming and nestled in a seemingly-residential area, the food here is excellent…well…most of it. The patacones rellenos were a great start with lots of bright flavors to wake up the plantains. The lomo saltado was very delicious. The sauce had a rich umami taste and the beef was nice and tender. I couldn’t eat all of the fries and rice that came with the entree because of the appetizer and wanting to save room for dessert. This is where the meal took a turn for the worse. The cake was dry and stale as if it had been made days ago and left uncovered in the refrigerator. While the flavors were good, the texture from the age was extremely unappetizing. I did get a flan to go, though, and my wife enjoyed it tremendously.

Every dish we had was amazing. The ceviche burst with flavor! The pulpo (octopus) was the best I’ve ever had, texture was perfect and so savory. Steak chaufas with fried rice was a huge portion and made for a great lunch the next day. We will be back again soon!

I love Peruvian food so I always search for the newest and best spots in Tampa Bay. Aji Limo is now my most fav Peruvian spot in Tampa Bay. I had their Lomo Saltado and of course an Inca Kola (the perfect combo). Best lomo saltado i had since my trip to Peru years ago. Also, very friendly staff and great service. I’ll for sure be back many times. Make sure to give Aji Limo a try, you and your crew won’t be disappointed

I just discovered this place last weekend. Nice set up inside there with a great music. It seems to be busy during the weekends. We ate at the bar and the food was delicious and good porcion. I wish they have peruvian cocktails like the Pisco Sour. I love the alfajores more than everything..jeje!

We had a fantastic experience at Aji Limo. Making a reservation was a smooth and easy phone call, handled graciously and professionally. Our server Lucia was excellent and very helpful. We loved our food and portions were very generous. All of the staff were welcoming and very kind. Would definitely recommend the Lomo Saltado!
