Got the 30 pcs family meal and it was $38 with two drinks. No soda because somebody broke the CO2 fitting. Tea was hot and sour but was just made. Time clean tea maker! Rude behavior from all the staff. The cashier who was helping us got yelled at in front of us while she was taking our order. Told them it was dine in it was in a bag such rude behavior why ask? Fries were over cooked and cold. Look at the photo of the pieces of boneless wings I ordered. Quarter sized cut tenderloins. That’s not what I ordered. Then she got mad at me because she was being yelled at like it was my fault. No dining room help. Trash cans were full from the moment I set down till after I left. I loved eating at Zaxby’s but not this way to be towards a loyal customer. The photo tells the story. Yes those are quarters on the boneless wings. Look at the receipt! This chicken was so hard I couldn’t bite it.

I got a salad with chicken fried on top it was delicious my friend got the chicken finger sandwich with fries and a drink he said it was delicious he was happy with with his purchase the service was good they have a note posted on the front of the door that they would be short on some supplies they didn’t have lids for small drinks but that’s all I could see at least with us it’s a great place to take your family and friends I’m very happy staff and helpful

My chicken strips were juicy and tender my toast was perfect not too crunchy not too soggy and my french fries I felt like double fries was not enough but for the proportion that I had it worked for me and my cherry limeade Minute Maid drink light ice was bussing good thank you

My asked would they blacken my Chicken on my grilled chicken and they couldn’t even do that. The Establishment was completely dirty and greasy. . We’re all on their phone sitting at boost gossiping. Very unprofessional do not recommend!!!

I like Zaxbys in my opinion it is better than PDQ or chick fil a. My favorite thing to get is the big zax snack bud I have also tried some of the sandwiches like the kickin chicken sandwich and they are really good. I also like their toast, zax sauce and cookies. Sometimes it takes kind of long to get your food here. They also have good deals if you download the app

Not my favorite Zaxby’s location, but it’s still a Zaxby’s, so it’s still delicious. Make sure you visit this one during a peak meal time, otherwise your food is likely to be cold. Don’t be surprised if the place is a mess on the inside (especially the floor), as the staff doesn’t seem to put a huge effort into cleaning.
