I had two different combos today, both stewed and coconut chicken. It was the best chicken I ever tasted, super tender chunks of chicken. BEST food truck ever. It’s a unique spot for the small town and a great way to introduce Puerto Rican food. Prices are good for the portions and nice people. I would pick this over any over priced fast food. I would recommend Carmen sabor Latino!

We pass by Carmen’s every time we visit my daughter and say we should stop in and try it. I’m so glad we did. Excellent food and very nice people. Would highly recommend. There is a nicely arranged seating area (all outdoor) with beautiful views to enjoy while you are eating. A+

Food is prepared fresh as you wait, as apposed to sitting aside waiting to be deep fried. Rice had a nice twist to it but I found it a bit expensive for rice. Taste treat more would be needed for a meal. Quick on and off Rt. 209. Very clean kept outside eating area.

Amazing Puerto Rican good right in upstate NY. Awesome setup as well. The food was authentic and delicious. We had the pork and the chicken as well as some pastillos and sides. Enjoyed our food. Love the thought they put into the design of the outdoor space as well.
