Ordered chicken strip basket with extra gravy. Asked the gentleman who handed me my meal if it had extra gravy. He said yes. Got home no gravy and Texas toast very lightly toasted. If you want a good meal go to Fruitland DQ. I should know better.

Overall I enjoy Dairy Queen, but I’ve recently had a few negative experiences here. The most recent involved being handed two blizzards that were overflowing and dripping down the side. The girl working the drive up window simple shrugged, laughed a little, and said “sorry!”. I asked for lids as I already had two drinks in my cupholders, and she set the lids on top of the overflowing ice cream. The lids weren’t attached and ice cream was melting down all over the cups.

We will never go back. We ordered a small sundae and a small blizzard at 3:00. We got them at 3:28, and then only after I went back to the counter two times to inquire. There was only one other table occupied with two customers. Perhaps the drive thru was busy? This was the Jackson, MO location

Got there just as large number of customers arrived. Placed our order and saw others getting their food before us. Finally ask and person delivering orders to tables had overlooked ours food was cold. Hope this was rare, because have enjoyed good service in the past.

I don’t know what it is with Jackson restaurants, but I’ve had more bad restaurant experiences in two years living in this town than I had in the decade that I lived previously in a nearby city. They just seem to go into a complete meltdown any time that they’re moderately busy.
