We ordered the chicken dinners to go and we were not disappointed! The chicken tasted fresh! It was juicy and flavorful! The sides were fresh and made to order. They were out of potatoes and gravy so we order macaroni and cheese. It was so yummy! We stopped going to Pollo Loco for a while because the chicken was dry and tasteless. They must be under new management or something because it is not the same restaurant. It’s 100 percent better! Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Employees were very rude and inconsiderate and racist. I walked in there to try order some food and they employees were all in the kitchen staring at me. Did not attend to me and I stood there for almost 5 minutes. They all need to take a training about good consumer services.

Stopped for lunch break, waited 20 plus minutes for my food with only a person or 2 in front of me. Really will not be going here again. The burrito I ordered was completely split down the middle but because I opened it in my truck and had spent my entire lunch break waiting on the 2 items I got, I had no time to go back in and get another. Was a mess and was clearly wrapped up after splitting open. Also had to physically remove 2 pieces of unchewable chicken from my mouth that were in burrito. Terrible experience. Go anywhere but here, seriously.

The restaurant smells of the restroom deodorizer! Really gross when you try to eat and it tastes like the deodorizer. Cashier is not friendly. The Mexican rice tasted like orange juice. The chicken is very gamy.
