Best BBQ in this part of Texas, easily! Imagine the consistency of McDonald’s but with actual great food. I don’t know how they do it; all I know is it’s absolutely incredible! It’s like watching a master at work. I’ve been all over Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and I’ve spent plenty of time on the East and West coasts. These aren’t cooks… they’re Renaissance artists, with BBQ.

This is a food truck that at one time would park in the parking lot at a closed down grocery store. I am not fond of his food & he is way overpriced. There are several better BBQ places here in town
