I get the impression they’re really understaffed over here. I feel pretty bad. I always call in my order for pickup, but when I get there within the elapsed time they specified on the phone, my food hasn’t even begun being prepared yet. I do like their sandwiches a lot and will continue to go there. If you’re looking for a nice hot or cold deli prepped sandwich stop by.

They are a great team dad and son, they work very hard to make sure the place is clean , the food is fresh and the order is correct. I definitely will tell my friends and family to go there for breakfast and lunch and best part their prices are great !

My co-workers and I ordered lunch from here today for the first and LAST time. First it took them 2 hours to deliver our food, when it finally got here the order was wrong, and the food was soggy. We ordered a roast beef wrap and the meat was completely RAW, not rare, RAW. We then called the deli back to voice our dissatisfaction, and the girl that answered, told us to call back another time! Needless to say, we got the manager on the phone, and got pretty much the same response from him. We are bringing the eaten food back and getting our money back.

Terrible lately.l We order all the time for our office but lately service and food is terrible. The other day ordered a bacon cheeseburger got a plain burger and charged for bacon cheese. tuna salad tasted old. Delivery over 1 1.2 hours. Call and girl who answered was like oh well. Told delivery driver next day becasue we tried again and no real response. No more from us.

Over the years This deli zone drastically went down hill, very dirty, nick eats as he makes your food. disgusting, since the chef quit everything is garbage the macaroni and potato salads are sour the meats look old, flys at the register this place should be shut down

Placed order at 11, guy over the phone told me 30-45′ delivery we received it at 12.55 living exactly 7 minutes from there. I called them twice about the delay and he figured that arguing with me about the time that the order was placed,was clever. Food was ok, partially wrong. Wrong sauce, bagel no toasted etc Feeling sorry for the delivery guy cause he is losing tips and hearing all the complaints Also feeling sorry for the boss because we work on jefryn and now he lost costomers

I ordered two eggs scrambled with American cheese and grilled onions with avocado and when I got it from the delivery guy it was burnt avocados are bad and there was no cheese so I called the guy that picked up said you want to send you a new one I was like yes that would be great and then somebody else gets on the phone they’re telling me that they don’t have nobody to come and bring me another one when I spent almost $30 on the whole order and the platter itself was almost 6 dollars and they say Had the nerve to tell me next time a better discount I’m not going to allow there to be a next time and then a few minutes later I called back asking if they’re still doing deliveries and I said yes if I could a gave them no stars I would’ve I will never come here again and I usually come a few times a week I will be bringing my business elsewhere. GET IT TOGETHER !!!!

I will never purchase food from this location. A co-worker just showed me a piece of their breakfast sandwich that they were eating. It had mold that was size of a quarter conveniently located on the bottom of the croissant.
