They now have a kiosk at the door where you can order & pay (you can still order at the register). The district managers were there chatting it up and drinking sodas, talking about changing the menu prices . My Nachos Bell Grande & soda already cost a couple $ under a good size Carne Asada nachos soooo….

Drive through was out to the street so I had to park and go inside. Then after spending 5 minutes waiting at the register. I was told that I had to use the kiosk. While waiting for my food, 3 other people came in that there. Drive through order was screwed up. Finally when I got my food. I went to my car and could not get out because the drive through was blocking. Plus the prices are insane. I could have had real Mexican food for that kind of money.

If i could give it no stars i would. I came in trying to quickly eat some bomb tacos and the manager Vanessa would not take my order because they wanted me to use the kiosk. I am mentally challenged and find some stuff quite hard.(my daughter is writing this for me) Anyways i love taco bell but i am very disappointed in Vanessa. There was not one person in there so it’s not like it was busy and they didn’t have time.

This was one of the best Taco Bells I’ve been too! Cozy, clean dining area and bathrooms. They were not skimpy on the ingredients used for my Mexican Pizza! They also have ample parking with a drive-through.

This Taco Bell always messes up, I swear they never read the order when preparing your food. Not only did the tortilla taste extremely stale and bad, this is the quality I received. This is pretty sad and the fact that the employee still handed this out is not acceptable. I will go elsewhere next time

These employees refused service to my grandpa because he wouldn’t use the kiosk to order. The employees had enough time to tell him he needed to order from the kiosk but they didn’t have the curtesy to take his order in person which would have taken the same amount of time. And they refused to serve him so he walked out. Horrible management and employee training.
