Absolutely ridiculous that in 2023 we as a society can’t manage to get a pizza from point A to point B… This location, 86th and Ditch, uses Door Dash for delivery, which was not noted before ordering. I ordered off of Papa John’s website and said it would take 30min… Welp 1.5 hours, and a hungry family, and screaming toddler later the staff was too busy to confirm my order with the correct Door Dash person. To which after over an hour it was supposedly “cancelled”… I’ve had my issues with Door Dash Delivery drivers doing this and taking your food before, which had I known that was who was delivering.. I would have packed my family of 5 in the car and got my pizza sooner than with this whole charade… When did simple pizza delivery become so overly complicated. The mixed up DD driver was the one to call me and tell me that they didn’t have my order and that I can call to get a refund. Waited 10min to get someone on the phone… They have no problem taking my money but want to take their sweet time to give it back. OBSURD.

The only reason papajohns gets 2 stars is because they’re still better than Pizza Hut. Ever since swapping out traditional dough spreading for a machine their pizzas are absolutely terrible. This used to be my favorite fast food pizza, now they’re 2nd from last.

My order was completely wrong and the the “shift leader” had the nerve to say it seems like it was only one minor issue. I told him in customer service no issue is minor if a customer is calling to make a complaint (especially when my entire order was wrong) I then asked for his General manager name told him to have a great night and hung up .

Orders consistently take >1.5 hrs to arrive, arrive cold, the toppings are so light that some pieces don’t even have toppings on them. When you call they are completely apathetic and unconcerned. We should have learned our lesson the first 2 times but we won’t be returning to this location. It’s a shame because I generally like Papa John’s pizza but this franchise is clearly poorly managed

Good food and fast. Always been happy with my orders. Only 4 starts instead of 5 because drivers don’t seem to read my delivery instructions. I ordered while on a zoom meeting once and wrote “leave at the door” and the driver kept pounding on my door until I stopped my meeting early to answer the door.

I eat at the Papa Johns on Ditch Rd. often. I order Pineapple Pepperoni Pizza with extra pepperoncinis. I also deliver door dash for this Papa Johns too when I need extra money. The establishment is always clean. They always get the order right. They are always fast, they don’t make me wait, and the most important thing is, the food is always delicious. They put the right amount of toppings on the pizza. I’ve been on a pizza eating binge lately, eating pizza every day, or every other day, and this is where I buy my pizza.

I spend about a range of 20 dollars here but for the quality of the pizza it’s really worth it. Delivery speeds are really fast and I think it’s faster than door-dash. You can call to place an order and then pay at register which makes everybody’s life a little bit easier. Never had any mold or any quality problems on this place. Overall this is a really good pizza place.
