I do door dash, and I get a lot of orders to this business. The people who make the pizza are the same people who give you the pick up orders. Meaning they touch people’s hands that are dirty and continue to make orders. I have been there plenty of times and have seen them even touch there face or money while dealing with cooked and in cooked food. Suggest you order from a place who knows how to deal with food properly. By the way I have my food handlers license and they are in violation health codes. Good luck eating here.

Careful, they steal your card info. Tall black guy says the “tap” doesn’t work and he needs to physically swipe your card. Only the Tall black guy does thus. The Spanish girl and the short black guy will let you use the Tap function without handing your card over. Went to police and they said nothing they can do.

This trash location is running on half a neuron. We ordered a basic pepperoni pizza plus some sides and an hour later we got Dominick’s order of a meatball and a veggie pizza. How do they send the wrong order? The names are literally printed on the box. We’ve tried calling the store and nobody is picking up although they close at 2:00 am. The customer service line is a whole joke. There’s absolutely nothing they can do but transfer you to the location. Now we have two pizzas we can’t eat, no dinner, no refund.

This store in MtV has the worst service with its current staff. I use to love this spot but now it’s horrendous. I understand that there may be supply chain issues but how is it that you don’t have particular sizes, specialty items or even wings. You may have better ingredients but without product or great customer service, no one cares about your f’n ingredients Papa John.

I ordered a $50 order it was sent by Doordash, doordash driver called to ask the address papa John’s gave them the wrong address . Spoke to papa John requested the food and refund for the inconvenience and the manager said absolutely not they would either deliver or cancel they didn’t even offer a discount .

If it wasnt the fact they the only papa John’s near me and sometimes the pizza is ok I wouldnt even order from them cause they either half the time burn my pizza or mess up my order. Wings are always a miss ! Don’t even bother and the people in this particular work space don’t like to take accountability when they mess up either when people paying they hard earned money to feed themselves or they kids !
