This was by far the worst burrito I ever had. I bought 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and they were 75% STALE tortilla. I bit into one on my way home and it was so hard and had no filling at all. These are usually pretty full of beans but as you can see there’s way more rice. And something tastes so bad too, and they have a very off putting smell, it could be the stale tortilla. But I couldn’t help just throw it out. So I opened the other one and it’s just as bad. I tried to call but I can’t get through so I’m writing this review. It’s hard to trust this restaurant after other peoples horror stories, I’m just glad I didn’t bite into a napkin.

Went through the drive thru in a very good mood there were three of us joking around with the order taker nothing out of hand when the driver, whom the other 2 we’re picking on jokingly obviously try to order a nerve pill through the drive thru it was then that everybody that worked there seem to have came from hell. Extremely disrespectful obviously couldn’t take a joke got to the window through the food at us and then seemed to be very angry at the joke saying that they were all sober living at some kind of sober living house which we didn’t need that part of their life it seems that the management needs to have soft skills training with the workers so that they can leave there sober or not sober at home life at home.

Just got off work after a 12 hour shift expecting taco bell as I’m pulling in the drive through at 11:25pm at night 2 staff members are sitting outside chatting away as I pull up I ask for a the deluxe nacho fry box I’m told that they are out which didn’t upset me in the least but when I asked if there was any alternatives I’m told no in a rude almost unkind tone I pulled away disappointed and headed for McDonald’s got food took about 15 minutes I drove by taco bell again and again outside talking just extremely disappointed as taco bell is one of my favorite places.

We used Door Dash and asked for a ton of mild sauce…we didn’t get one pack. Our Dasher went back, went in and got us what they had…8 packs for a $71 order.
