The food was delicious, the ribs were tender and falling off the bone. Just wished the sauce was on it and not on the side. The bread was soft. The spicy sauce had a kick. I enjoyed my meal.

The one star is given for the manager that delivered the food, this was the only positive. Other than that the food was terrible, not edible, or salvageable. Unfortunately I waited 45 min for the food, and was told it was held in a warmer. When opening up the chicken wings I received what looked like the crumbs of the bottom of a bag of frozen chicken, the fries were strips of fries soaked in grease. When calling to sort out the issue I was told that was all they have at the time. I was highly disappointed and do not plan to go back. I am very surprised they have a 4 star rating. If your looking for good wings I would advise finding somewhere else to spend your money on quality food.

Just horrible. I ordered chicken wings. I watched her take already grilled, almost burned wings out of the freezer drop them a deep fryer for under 5 minutes. I ordered them with buffalo wing sauce…three out of the 9 wings had some sauce on them the rest did not. Even my dog didn’t want them. I should have gone to McDonald’s. Just aweful. I certainly hope I don’t get a canned, we will resolve the issue reply from their customer service. All these canned replies are truly insulting.

Great food and even better service. Ordered on the Dickey’s website for delivery via DoorDash. The incorrect food was delivered. When I called the store, they quickly admitted that they likely gave the delivery driver the wrong bag and quickly had an employee deliver the correct bag to our hotel lobby. Outstanding service from an amazing brand, cementing even more our love for the brand.

I’m going to have to say the worst bbq. They need one old person in here to watch the kids, the place was run by hard working young kids, they just need to be managed by a old man that has been doing bbq his whole life. They have good workers they just need to be taught how to do bbq right. I eat bbq all over the country, and other dickeys do ok, not great, but not bad.
