We’ve been ordering from this location at least once a month, sometimes more, for 3 and a half years. Tonight we ordered old world pepperoni with green peppers on one side and mushrooms on the other. This is a typical order for us and we never order regular pepperoni, only old world. This time they put regular pepperoni on the whole pizza, as a cheap filler I presume, and a smattering of old world. The crust was soggy and the box was swimming in grease. It was quite disgusting. See for yourself in the pics. We will give them one more chance but if we find out this is how they intend to keep costs down, we’re not going back ever. Charge more if you have to but never cheapen your product. People will show you your mistake.

Usually I love this place, but tonight my order was all messed up. I received brown lettuce throughout my salad and the pizza I ordered was wrong. The only good thing I can say about tonight’s experience, is that Andrew was very good at his customer service and helped to correct all the mistakes.

We order from Marco’s wayyyyyy to often. But! That’s because their pizza is amazing! Toppings always taste fresh! Pizza arrives at our door hot! It’s just a different experience from the other cheaper options. Now, that’s not to say some of the menu items leave little to be desired. Not a fan of their pizza bowls…(ick) Their chicken wings lacked chicken… so not cool! Their subs are mediocre at best… Like I said, we order A LOT from Marco’s… they don’t do everything right… BUT!!! If you’re looking for amazing pizza, lots of toppings, great flavor…. then spend the extra few bucks and try Marco’s! For Pizza you won’t be disappointed! Yum!

This app is not super difficult to use but is SO BUGGY. Valid coupon codes sent to me in the mail from Marcos Pizza won’t work, coupon codes they are currently advertising on the app itself don’t work… setting store location you can enter the zip code and zero stores will show up even though there are two nearby. Overall not great rewards anyways, just gave them a chance. Third time getting Marcos and last. Pizza quality is slightly better than most other chain Pizza places but not worth the extra money. My fiance went to pick up the pizza and none of the workers wanted to help her. Very young workers just waiting to see if someone else would help first.

Customer service is extremely lacking. Apparently they have “updated” their system. After trying to login to the app three times and updating the password, I gave up and called the store. They told me my coupon was for online only despite it saying “any order”. I was told to order it online and then call the store back to make my toppings only on half because that function has been removed as well. I tried the coupon online and it wouldn’t take it there either. I called back again and told the more friendly woman who answered the problem and was told to go ahead and process the order online AT FULL PRICE and then call back to have them adjust it. After all of that, I’m just hoping our pizza gets delivered to the right house this time. The pizza is good but it’s becoming less and less worth the money and the effort.

They completely messed our order up, then when I called, they asked for the food back…. I have 4 kids, that pizza was GONE regardless of the accuracy of the order. Then, they wanted to argue with me, saying that they read the order back to me, which they did, and what they read back was correct. However, what was delivered was not correct, then Dylan, the manager got on the phone and wanted to argue some more, as if I was really going to get rich off of scamming them for a couple of incorrectly made pizzas…. Long and the short of it, there’s 20 other pizza places within a 5 mile radius. Do yourself a favor and pick a different one.

First time ordering from Marco’s Pizza and it was a very pleasant experience. Ordered for delivery and was given a 35 minute delivery time frame. Sure enough it was delivered on time and the pizza was piping hot when I got it. The delivery fee was reasonable and the order was done exactly as I asked. Hats off for a great tasting pizza and smooth delivery. Will be ordering from Marco’s again.

Terrible! I ordered a large deep dish with old pepp, ham, spinach, red onions and, tomatoes. They were closing in 10 minutes. Instead of them informing me they couldn’t have the pizza done in 10 minutes, they just threw it together with a “Dang, it’s time to close and I gotta make this last pizza! Oh well it’s not for me or my family”, attitude. Some of the slices don’t have all the ingredients. Some ingredients all piled up in a corner or hanging all off the sides. I’ve had pizza that was made with care, this ain’t it! I wished I had checked this before I left the parking lot and before my daughter had 2 pieces. Either way, it was carelessly made and I’m taking the rest of it back and talking to a manager when they open! I don’t care what time I ordered or the fact that customer service has gone to the dogs, this is unacceptable and the owner of this establishment needs to hold his manager and their cooks accountable!!
