Such a nice place! It’s so good to have another Indian / Pakistani cuisine option in this area, and the food was really pretty good. I was pleased that they were prepared to make unsweetened Lassi for my party, and the Pakora we had to start were excellent. The various dishes the six of us ate for main courses were beautifully flavoured. We will definitely be back.

I love Naan, so I went to try it. Wound up getting two kinds (both EXCELLENT) and the vegetable Pakora (also EXCELLENT). I had the Gulabjamun for dessert (HEAVENLY).

This is the best Indian food in the city. A friendly family that knows authentic cuisine. The restaurant is very clean. The health score is a solid 80/100. These pictures are during take out only pandemic times.

Let me first say YUM! The food at Wah Kitchen was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had the vegetable pakora and aloo gobi (medium heat) and a huge piece of garlic naan. Definitely have the garlic naan. The dining area made me feel like home and cozy. Last but certainly not least, the service and the people are warm and friendly, ready to serve you. I recommend this restaurant if you like really good Indian dishes. Try the vegetarian dishes and feel good about your food.

Best Biryani I ever had in a long time we ordered hot wings, chicken biryani (with bone) and chicken tikka biryani (boneless). Everything was so delicious. A must try for everyone in New Orleans! Highly recommended.

Looking for a new flavor for Friday night dinner, we went to Wah Kitchen in Metairie & found jewel. The dining room was clean & bright & we were welcomed by the gentleman behind the counter. Started with ginger naan & saag panir. Then the beef nahari with rice & finished with rus malai. Every bite was delish & desert was perfection! Compliments to the chef!

Me and my family went to Wah Kitchen for a late lunch on a Saturday. The restaurant is a bit tucked away in a shopping center, but has bright LED lights around the windows. As we entered, we were greeted by the cashier who also was our waiter. The restaurant seems more geared toward takeout, but is fine for casual dine-in.

WOW!! WOW!! WOW!! I absolutely LOVED this place! I will be going here for all of my Indian/Pakistaní food cravings from now on! There’s a reason why this restaurant has amazing reviews and I was skeptical at first, but I’m here to tell you the reviews are 100% true! This is THE BEST place to go to find the best authentic Indian/Pakistaní food in all of Louisiana! Not only is the food amazing, but the service is excellent as well! The family that owns and runs this place really takes pride in their restaurant and it really shows! The owner even gifted me with free rice pudding which is OFF THE CHAIN!! They could charge $100 for that rice pudding and I would purchase it every time!! It is THAT GOOD! I ordered the garlic naan, butter chicken spicy, and vegetable samosas. Everything was better than I’ve ever had anywhere else; you HAVE to add this restaurant to your must try’s before leaving Louisiana! Thank y’all so much for this amazing experience!
