Ordered 2 chicken katsu plates , the rice was fresh and soft and the Mac was also good ! Chicken was okay could’ve been more fresh . Overall everything was good and fulfilling! Nice portion sizes & they made sure to give all condiments, utensils & Napkins . Order was neatly bagged !

Hawaiian BBQ never disappoints ordered my food and within six minutes I had my food in front of me hot and ready to go. Everything was delicious clean eating area and the staff was very welcoming. Would definitely recommend also great portions for the price.

Photos say it all, person on the phone wasn’t apologetic and hung up on me when I told her I’d changed my mind about going to get a refund since it’s far from where I live. I know it sounded dumb to call and complain and not driving back to get a refund, but she was very off putting. I can’t get the feeling of the long hair in my mouth as I was pulling it out.

May I ask why the young Mexican lady who’s the cashier always have that disrespectful look every single time? She looks like she hates being there. Even when she talks, she sounds like she hates it there and hates talking to customers. I used to go there a lot. Like a lot. Until she took my orders almost everytime I went there, so then I stopped. Wether you like your job or not, you gotta show respect to customers. Give it a little smile. It’s part of your job as a cashier/employee. Nonetheless, I won’t be going there anymore. 1*/5*

We used Door Dash to deliver these items. Everything was carefully packaged so it arrived intact. The food here is really good, enjoyable. The macaroni salad is yummy! The coconut water inside the coconut is a refreshing treat. The coconut itself is always fresh, delicious. The various sauces provided are tasty enhancing the medley of flavors. The meats are tender, cooked just right. The rice is also done the way it should be. I have no complaints with this spot – it’s all good. A dinner for two that hits the spot every time. Great value.

Never been inside but my experience going to the drive thru the person that spoke to me seem rude and talk like she wanted things to be over and go to the next. About the food everything tastes great. I have no complaints about the food. This is the first time I order the family meal. I got everything in full plates. I usually order the chicken Katsu plate. I would give a 5 stars but due to bad customer service it’s a 4 stars only.
