I just stopped in for black coffee. Service was great, friendly & helpful. Coffee hot & tasty. It was very clean & soft background music. I didn’t have anything from here to eat as I was meeting a friend& I had food for lunch with me. I can’t offer any info on what food they serve as I didn’t look @ menu. Sorry.

Moving from Minnesota, I was thrilled to see Caribou in Des Moines. Unfortunately this one lacks training. The building is clean and looks as expected for Caribou, but staff struggles to make the drinks correct. Would love to see corporate trainers come in for training before it’s too late for this location.

The manager of this location is absolutely amazing. I have been to every Caribou location in the metro dating back 10 yrs. This location is by far the best. She has done a fantastic job setting the standard for fantastic customer service. All of her employees are amazing and she herself is amazing. I will go out of my way to come to this location because I know my order will be perfect and will be greeted with amazing customer service.

I’ve had good service at this location most of the time but the last two visits have been less than satisfactory. I work nights so I get my coffee around closing time, but that’s no excuse for the lack of plant-based creamer alternatives. To add insult to injury the cashier failed to ask for and register my Caribou Points on both purchases and he refused to rectify the mistake when I inquired about it.
