Spent $47 on chicken to get home most of it didn’t have breading on it. It was super greasy. I’ve never had a bad meal there till now. Then they said they put my money back on my card but they did not.. I will never go there again nor recommend to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

The sweet tea tasted old and moldy, and the corn tasted horrible. It’s like they drained the juice and cooked it without butter. I even got them both as larges. Wont waste my money here ever again.

Truly disappointed with the service today! The women who took my order kept interrupting me while I tried to tell her what I was ordering. was very very rude & aggressive & would not let me just tell her what I wanted (I’ve been here a bunch of times & never had this issue! Now it was bad enough they had this very unpleasant old women working the window. They got my order wrong . I asked for one of the two famous bowls with out cheese JUST ONE WITH OUT CHEESE. Had to repeat & confirm that while ordering 2 times. & The famous bowls both did not have cheese – also asked for buffalo ranch & didn’t get any. If you want KFC just go to Mount pleasant at least they get orders right & are actually nice when being treated nice as well.

Went there for a 8 piece meal. They refused to fill my order. Said they could not do that. While I was standing there they filled 2 orders in the drive thru. They said they had online orders to fill first. Now mind you it’s 8:30 pm and they don’t close till 11pm. Guess they lost a customer I will not be back.

Absolutely horrible drive through tender! Was extremely rude, continued to cut us off when speaking, & had a very negative attitude overall. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened while at this location.

My order was wrong! I asked for Pepsi was given Mt Dew… asked for Mac and cheese was given mashed potato and gravy… only thing that was right was 3 pieces of dark meat… and wasn’t given anything to eat the mashed potatoes and gravy… no napkins… so… total fail!!

They always forget something. I’m so sick if it. Paying for food I don’t get or having my food half made. No cheese on the mashed potato bowl. No sides No sauce. I would use this only if you are starving and everywhere else is closed.
