Ordered a veggie sub and they left off the tomatoes. The sandwich was literally bread, cheese, and skimpy lettuce. Who wants to eat that?? Whoever made this should have reviewed it before serving it to someone.

You get more bread than meat here, and the bread is already thick so that doesn’t go well. Employee’s in the store we’re not very welcoming either. I’ll keep going to Jersey Mikes!

Past two times we have been to this location. There is only one person in the store working making sandwiches. The rest are out delivering. It seems that they should always make sure the store is staffed with more than one person. We ordered online in the car parking lot and it took 25 minutes to get food. You call that freaky fast…. look at the order time then compare to the actual time on phone. Poor management.

My children and I were going to have a picnic at the botanical gardens nearby so we stopped by Jimmy John’s to order sandwiches and potato chips to go. The counter person was unattentive and acted like he wanted to be elsewhere. He expected us to tip when I went to pay with my credit card. We had questions about her order but he had already walked off. I asked if we could have our food put in a bag and he rudely pointed to the counter and said “there’s a bag you can grab that.” we will not be back.

This Jimmy John’s location has always been good. The service is good. I have been in right before closing time (which I hate to do) and the employees were nice and kind. They did not make me feel rushed. I’ll be back, but hopefully way before closing.
